Most of our commercial work comes through general contractors who have used us before. We price from your drawings, walk the site before we quote, and keep to the trade schedule. Our crew is on site when we say we will be, and if a time has to change we call you straight away.
Every system we install is pressure-tested before the city inspector sees it. Contractors keep calling us back because the inspection passes the first time.
Working with property managers
Property managers use us for tenant improvements, washroom and kitchen upgrades, water heater replacements and backflow testing across a portfolio. You get one contact, a written quote before work starts, and a test report when it is done.

Do you work on franchise fit-outs like coffee shops and quick-service restaurants?
Yes. Restaurant and coffee-chain fit-outs are some of the work we want most. We plumb the sinks, dish stations, grease interceptors, washrooms and water heaters, and we work to the franchise’s drawings and the general contractor’s schedule.
How big a commercial job can you take on?
We take everything from a single commercial washroom to full fit-outs and multi-unit rough-ins. We work in condo and apartment buildings up to about ten storeys. If a project needs more hands, we add crew to meet the schedule.
Do you work as a plumbing subcontractor?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is as the plumbing subcontractor for general contractors, and we sub for builders on new construction, across Durham Region and Scarborough. We price from your drawings, keep to the trade schedule and arrange the plumbing inspections.
Can you price a job from drawings?
