Customer Protech Inc .

I recently had the pleasure of working with GiftedHands Plumbing on the construction of my new home. From start to finish, the team at GiftedHands was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The project manager, Zain, was a true asset to the project. He was always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had, and his attention to detail was impeccable. The installation team was punctual and respectful of my property. They completed the job in a timely manner, and the quality of their work was top-notch.

I was particularly impressed with the way GiftedHands handled a couple of unexpected issues that arose during construction. They were able to come up with creative solutions that not only kept the project on track, but also saved me money.

I would highly recommend GiftedHands Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my new home was fitted with the best possible plumbing system. Thank you, GiftedHands Plumbing, for a job well done and I'm looking forward to working together on future projects!

I hired Gifted Hands Plumbing to install the bathroom rough-ins for my basement bathroom project. Zain and his apprentice showed up on time and went straight to work. Zain was extremely friendly and patient with me having no issues with all the questions I asked trying to understand why this or why that. Zain's work is neat, he cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.

Zain came to my home initially to look over what work had to be done then provided me a free estimate based on that work. His prices are very reasonable and fair. Some plumbers I called wanted to charge for the initial visit. Zain's estimate was reasonable. He did not over charge me. I had other companies want 5x more than what he was asking for the exact same work, trying to explain to me all the complexities involved. I am a very capable DIY'r and did not appreciate the other companies trying to take advantage of me. I wanted a professional who knew what they were doing and would back it up with a promise and a fair price....Zain Porter is that professional! I'd hire him for every plumbing job I need someone for and I would recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed. I was happy to find him.

Zain and Marcia were an awesome team in helping my family relocate a washing machine, installing a drain for a water softener and doing a few other plumbing jobs. From day one I was impressed with Zain’s knowledge of the work to be done, his attention to detail, and ensuring that everything was up to code. He was very professional at all times, always on time and quite thorough. He took time to explain the scope of work and provided me with the best options to ensure the work was done properly from day one. I would strongly recommend the team at Gifted hands to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

I am a general contractor specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. Gifted Hands has been my number one plumbing service because of their prompt service and attention to quality and detail. They make the projects run smoothly with their professional advice and excellent service.

Zain from Giftedhands Plumbing came in to help me with my washing machine (it was leaking), he changed my bathroom sink, added a kitchen sink and when everyone else told me I had to break the concrete to add a toilet in the basement he told me about one that does not require breaking concrete, saved me a lot of $$$ and it has been working without any issues for over 3 years! He is the first person I call for all my plumbing needs ever since

He is always on-time, friendly, respectful, helpful he is also very fair in his quotes.

Zain has helped me safe thousands over the past 3 years as I navigate my many many renovation projects I highly recommend him for everything!

Also Marcia is just so lovely with her customer service and kindness

I really appreciate the plumbing service provided by Zain and the customer service by Marcia. I was extremely stressed out, hyperventilating about the water leaking from the upstairs washroom into the laundry room below, having visions of the ceiling collapsing in the laundry room and the thousands of repair $$$.

Thankfully, that didn't happen and it's all been resolved - the leak was stopped, the toilet reinstalled properly and in addition, Zain installed the 2 new toilets on which I was delaying. Zain also offered valuable advice on other plumbing renovations required.

I will definitely be using Zain and Gifted Hands again. The service is excellent and professional, and I really appreciate the absence of price gouging.

Zain from Giftedhands Plumbing came in to replace our main water shut-off valve and the experience was excellent. He was punctual, friendly, and genuinely concerned about resolving the issue properly. He explained everything clearly and completed the installation efficiently. Zain is cooperative, helpful, and trustworthy. We rely on him for all our plumbing needs and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We were impressed by Zain’s affable demeanour and his skills. Zain knows his trade and a good teacher to junior team members too. He was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use GiftedHands Plumbing again.

I hired Gifted Hands to help me complete my basement renovation. They are not only professional, courteous but they are also patient with explaining the work to be done and why it is needed to people who may not understand - which eases the process so you are fully aware of what work is being done. This goes a very long way as sometimes you are paying people for extensive amount of work without explanation and left in the dark. Gifted Hands makes sure you not only understand what you are paying for but that you are comfortable with it and what is being done. They come highly recommended by me for anyone who wants cost effective, professional and efficient service.

We recently had our kitchen redone & upgraded to a deep basin undermount 32” stainless steel sink. We needed the plumbing reconfigured. GiftedHands Plumbing Inc was recommended to us. Zain was friendly, polite, knowledgeable & on time, which we appreciated. He also hooked up our dishwasher while he was at it. Very nice people to deal with. We are satisfied customers! We had multiple plumbers come through to quote on a job in our kitchen and GH was one of the only ones who really investigated the job thoroughly before providing a price. Zain was not only efficient, but his work was very clean and expertly executed. He also takes care to understand the project and is flexible to make every component work smoothly after he’s done his part. Highly recommended!

Zain and his team were wonderful to work with for a plumbing job for a dishwasher installation in an older kitchen.

Setting up a time for them to come provide an in-person quote was easy and they accommodated my schedule request. The quote was provided quickly, and the updates as I added to the project request were given by next day.

Scheduling the installation was fast, and the day of team were on time, efficient, and friendly.

Excellent customer service! I'm so happy I decided to call Gifted Hands for my broken shower handle. From our first conversation, Zain was forthcoming with different money saving options for repair parts, which we appreciated. On the day of the installation of our new parts, Zain was on time, professional and delivered exceptional service. Thanks again, Zain!

I had a couple bathroom faucet that needed replacing. I was referred to GiftedHands. Zain came and did the job. He was promp and worked clean. Very friendly with a pretty smile. Fair price, fast, and effective. I like that, He educated me on the state of the pipes and what I may want to do in the near future. Since then I have referred him to my friend. He took his boots off. This is a pet peeve of mine most contractors keep their boots on 😒 I was impressed with Zain's work and will use him again, and referre him to others.

Thank you Zain
